1 Scope of Service

Connecting Skilled Hands: KJobber is strictly an intermediary platform designed with the sole purpose of connecting skilled workers and job seekers with potential employers in suitable locations.

Facilitator Only: The application acts only as a digital bridge to help users discover opportunities and skilled hands. The KJobber app does not employ the workers nor does it undertake any contract work directly.

2 Information We Collect

To provide a secure environment, we may collect:

• Personal Data: Names, phone numbers, and profile details.
• Verification Data: Government-issued ID cards or certifications submitted by workers to ensure platform trust.
• Location Data: Geographical location (District/Taluk) to match workers with nearby job opportunities.
• Payment Data: Transactions made on the platform (e.g., unlocking contacts) are securely handled via Razorpay. We do not store your financial details.

3 Absolute Limitation of Liability

Since KJobber's role ends at connecting the employee and the employer, Tanz Solutions LLP and the KJobber mobile application shall NOT be held responsible or legally liable for any of the following situations:

• Non-Payment or Wage Disputes: The Company is NOT responsible if an employer fails to pay the agreed wages, salary, or remuneration to a worker. All financial agreements regarding work are strictly between the worker and the employer.
• Employment Liabilities & Losses: If either party faces any financial loss, property damage, fraud, or emotional/physical distress during or after the employment period, the KJobber application and Tanz Solutions LLP are entirely free from any liability or legal obligations.
• Workplace Treatment: The Company does not guarantee or control the behavior, safety, or fair treatment of workers at the job location. Users are independently responsible for verifying the credentials and safety of the other party before commencing work.

4 Data Security & Sharing

User Consent: By listing themselves, workers consent to display their skills and location to prospective employers. Contact details are only unlocked through secure, authorized user actions.

Legal Compliance: Tanz Solutions LLP reserves the right to share necessary data with law enforcement agencies if required to investigate any fraud or illegal activities on the platform.

5 User Rights & Account Deletion

All users have the right to edit their profiles or permanently delete their accounts and data from our active databases by raising a request through the app settings.
